Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions through secure video chat, focusing on enhancing clients' mental health and well-being.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, helping them develop deeper insights into themselves and their relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients at Clear Hope will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity, ensuring a manageable caseload focused on outpatient therapy and supportive counseling. All clients are carefully screened prior to booking, so you can expect to engage with individuals who are conducive to growth and healing. Our matching system aligns you with clients that fit your specialties and demographic preferences, promoting a meaningful therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, full licensure by the state board to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n

• Please note that we do not accept provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions against their credentials.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for empathetic and effective communication with clients.

• Basic computer literacy is essential for managing our online counseling platform and maintaining client records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior clinical experience in a virtual setting or a background in outpatient counseling are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
