Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license required
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• School-based pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage assigned caseloads
• Willingness to obtain $85 CBC fingerprinting (candidate responsibility)
• Must provide current resume with submission
• Not open to COTA candidates

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services onsite at assigned school(s)
• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Manage schedules across potentially split caseloads (elementary/middle/high school)
