Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our home care facility, you will operate in various environments, including patients' homes, which allows for a personalized and comfortable setting for treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient, taking into account their lifestyle and activity level.
• Administer various hands-on techniques, modalities (such as electrical stimulation, heat, and ice), and therapeutic exercises aimed at reducing pain, enhancing mobility, and improving overall function.
• Educate patients and their families about safe body mechanics, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies to foster long-term success.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress throughout therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to synchronize patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Ensure detailed and accurate patient records are maintained, reflecting treatment interventions and both immediate and long-term progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, tendonitis, sprains, fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other mobility challenges. Your skills and expertise will be crucial in crafting treatment approaches that lead to significant improvements in patient quality of life and functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of advanced physical therapy techniques and patient assessment methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address various rehabilitation challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
