This position requires working onsite within our home care facility, allowing you to engage directly with patients in a comfortable and familiar environment. Our operations focus on providing comprehensive services that can adapt to the unique needs of each individual. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and tools, including specialized treatment rooms designed for various rehabilitative therapies and support for manual therapy techniques.

Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically seeing one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated, personalized care.

Utilize manual therapy techniques to enhance clients' mobility and reduce pain, focusing on evidence-based practices for optimal recovery.

Implement a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, modalities for pain management, and functional training.

Create and adapt fitness and wellness programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical health.

Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with center policies and state regulations, utilizing EMR software, specifically WebPT.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to ensure well-rounded and comprehensive patient care.

Monitor treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure the best possible recovery trajectory.

Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with industry best practices.

Motivate and empower patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Our clinic services a diverse patient demographic that primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and acute musculoskeletal conditions. Must possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

Demonstrate strong manual therapy skills and an aptitude for developing effective exercise programs targeting orthopedic conditions.

Exhibit proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT.

Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
