We primarily work with patients holding private medical insurance, ensuring easy access to high-quality rehabilitation services tailored to their specific needs.

The role is primarily focused on home care, allowing for personalized treatment plans that cater to patients in the comfort of their own environments. As part of a dedicated and collaborative team consisting of two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), you will work in a supportive atmosphere where innovation and adherence to best practices are prioritized. Our team emphasizes patient well-being and inclusivity, fostering a culture where all team members contribute to exceptional patient care.

Manage a patient load that allows for focused, one-on-one therapy sessions, maintaining dedication to providing each patient with 60-minute appointments.

Utilize your expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation to administer effective, evidence-based therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.

Advocate for non-surgical options and minimize reliance on medications by proposing alternative therapeutic interventions.

Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal healthcare objectives.

Track patient progress meticulously through documented outcomes and effective communication with both the patients and other medical professionals involved in their care.

Foster collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for patient recovery and health management.

Provide detailed documentation of care provided, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

You will primarily work with patients receiving home care services, many of whom are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of rehabilitation techniques tailored for a diverse patient demographic, promoting not only physical recovery but also their emotional well-being through consistent encouragement and support.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Current California licensure as a Physical Therapist with no board or disciplinary actions against your license.

Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques for effective patient management.

Experience with exercise program design and implementation tailored to various patient needs.

Ability to navigate electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically familiar with WebPT software.

Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based practice within physical therapy.
