Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group counseling services through regular telehealth sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate discussions to develop, review, and modify initial treatment plans, ensuring that they align with clients' evolving goals and recovery trajectories.

• Design and implement aftercare and discharge plans, collaborating closely with clients to promote continuity of care following their treatment.

• Engage in regular case management to coordinate services effectively throughout the treatment process, ensuring timely access to necessary resources and support.

• Participate in ongoing training and peer consultations to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy, contributing innovative ideas to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and current professional license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is necessary to ensure a robust therapeutic foundation.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Experience in conducting therapy with clients from varied backgrounds, particularly in marriage and family therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
