Senior Account Executive

Our client is seeking Customer Sales professionals to join their growing organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Source, prospect, and conduct outbound outreach to shippers
- Present, promote and sell transportation services to prospective customers
- Quote and negotiate rates via RFPs and advise on spot quotes
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a 3pl Freight Brokerage Customer Sales role
- Proven success in 3pl logistics Customer Sales
- High energy, motivated to win, and strong communications skills

- Compensation: $65k - $90k base salary + commission
*Our clients do not expect candidates to transition their book of business; however, our clients require 3+ years of previous experience in shipper-facing sales/building an organic book of business.*
