Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting individual and couple's therapy sessions aimed at addressing various family and relational issues.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients dealing with challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Creating tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Collaborating with other health professionals within our community health clinic to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
\n
• Promoting overall mental wellness by providing psychoeducation to individuals and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families facing a variety of challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

We require our therapists to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed candidates are welcome, experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Candidates with a background in treating diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth practices will have an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
