Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to promote personal growth and improved mental wellness.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As a mental health counselor, you will be tasked with understanding the intricate dynamics of each client's situation and customizing your approach to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have previous experience in providing therapy in a remote setting, as well as expertise in evidence-based practices. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems will also be advantageous. A demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
