Work Environment

You will work onsite at our modern facility located in Islip, New York, where our healthcare team collaborates closely to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Your schedule will typically consist of Monday to Friday shifts, approximately 40 hours per week starting at 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance while still being fully engaged in patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations and in-depth history taking, to inform appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies, to facilitate accurate assessments of acute and chronic health issues.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Create, implement, and monitor treatment plans for patients with chronic illnesses, ensuring continuity of care and regular follow-up.
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring all patient interactions are well-documented and organized for future reference.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, preventive care, and wellness strategies to empower them in managing their health.
• Promote preventative health practices, including vaccinations and lifestyle modifications, to encourage overall wellness within the community.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base salary, you will receive an annual quality incentive with a target of $50,000, reflecting our commitment to excellence in patient care.
