Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to meet insurance requirements, proactively addressing any claims denials with timely appeals.
• Participate in both inpatient and outpatient consultations, which may include availability for on-call duties to support our urgent care services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant in our urgent care facility, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric individuals. Your role will involve addressing acute medical issues, minor injuries, and chronic health conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a focus in a relevant medical field is required.
• Valid Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) license in the state of New York.

• A current DEA number is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated aptitude for improving service efficiency and patient care quality based on evidence-based practices.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous but not a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits

Cornerstone Medical Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
