Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and psychosocial needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and objectives of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and relational therapies, in individual, family, and group settings.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Maintain clear and confidential client records per legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to clients' multifaceted needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in supervision, training sessions, and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n
