Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for patients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and outcomes.

• Deliver engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including other licensed therapists and health providers, to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with an array of clients facing various mental health challenges. Your caseload will include individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as couples and families navigating relational difficulties. Each session will be approached with empathy and respect for the unique experiences and diversity of each client, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPC required).

• An active and valid professional license in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or related areas.

• Strong understanding of patient record-keeping procedures and compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured means of transportation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting and comfort with virtual platforms.

• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
