Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an understanding of their unique needs and experiences.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of the clients.

• Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities, including billing, documentation, and the completion of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms within established deadlines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans that facilitate the maintenance of stable functioning for your patients.

• Create detailed discharge plans that ensure continuity of care after therapy has concluded.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, promoting compliance and ethical practice.

• Continuously enhance your professional skills through ongoing training, participation in continuing education programs, and engagement in case consultation and agency meetings.

• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training to maintain qualifications and competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensure requirements is mandatory.
