Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our rehabilitation center, where our facilities are designed to create an inviting atmosphere for both patients and staff. The layout allows for easy communication among the team and provides ample space for conducting individualized therapy sessions. The center operates Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options, including the opportunity to work four 10-hour shifts, enabling you to better balance work and personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and needs to establish individualized treatment plans that drive effective rehabilitation.
• Implement and oversee targeted therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient's unique condition and recovery goals.
• Regularly assess patient progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Document all treatment protocols, progress updates, and outcomes using our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to deliver holistic care that addresses every facet of patient recovery.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on rehabilitation processes and promoting adherence to prescribed home exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, three weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays each year, and life and disability coverage.
