Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices that address specific patient goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapies, and appropriate modalities, to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Consistently document patient progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
• Educate and advise patients, families, and caregivers on self-care strategies and home exercises to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for every patient.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training to maintain licensure and stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass treating a diverse patient population, including children and older adults with a wide range of diagnoses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, ideally in a rehabilitation setting.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and documenting patient care accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

Nurture Care and Revitalize offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
