Key Responsibilities

• You will manage an assigned caseload of patients, providing tailored, evidence-based physical therapy interventions that align with their specific recovery goals.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans while collaborating closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, modifying treatment approaches as needed to ensure effective rehabilitation and goal achievement.
• Facilitate patient education regarding therapy techniques, at-home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote self-management and health empowerment.
• Utilize appropriate therapy techniques and state-of-the-art equipment as per professional standards, maintaining adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs, prioritizing patient care and ensuring effective communication regarding patient status among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits
