Work Environment

In this onsite role, you will visit patients in the comfort of their homes, providing personalized therapy services. Working Monday through Friday, you will maintain a standard 40-hour work week, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' clinical conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans aligned with physician referrals.
• Implement effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to treat a range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports-related issues.
• Deliver meaningful and skilled therapeutic care within the patient's home environment, utilizing procedural techniques aimed at improving functional mobility and overall well-being.
• Foster genuine connections with patients and their families by providing education, support, and training to empower ownership of their health journey.

Qualifications
