Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather insight into each student’s mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that detail specific goals and therapeutic interventions to support each student’s progress.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and optimize support for students.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff and families to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues, equipping them with tools to assist students.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting students experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related concerns, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in clinical practice.
