This position operates entirely in a remote telehealth setting, offering flexibility with scheduled hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed on a rotational basis. Clinicians will engage with clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring that therapeutic interventions remain confidential and accessible. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders in new clients.

• Implement evidence-based treatments, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focused specifically on mood disorders.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to give comprehensive care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and family members regarding mood disorders, emphasizing treatment strategies and self-care techniques.

• Stay updated on research and best practices in the field to continually refine therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to promote a culture of learning and clinical excellence.

• Work as a client advocate, promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing clients’ access to the care they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center, you will primarily focus on clients dealing with mood disorders, ranging from severe depression and bipolar disorder to anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is required.
