Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client's mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, setting specific, measurable goals to track client progress.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and occasionally lead group therapy, implementing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate and support clients' families, incorporating their input into treatment planning to enhance overall recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from adolescents struggling with anxiety to adults experiencing severe depression or coping with trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
