Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand existing accounts across the life sciences sector. Inherit several recently established accounts with significant opportunity for expansion and relationship development. Strong cross-selling opportunities into complementary services across the wider organization. Highly visible role with direct impact on the growth strategy of the U.S. business. Opportunity to build long-term partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements 5+ years of business development or sales experience within life sciences. Experience selling stability storage, CDMO services, laboratory services, cold chain, pharmaceutical supply chain, or related solutions. Proven track record of prospecting, developing opportunities, and closing business. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Salesforce experience preferred.
