Founding SDR (Healthcare) @ Clicks (YC F25) We need someone who can open doors: book meetings with operations, finance, and IT leaders at health systems, payers, RCM shops, and healthtech companies, and do it in a vertical you already know. You'll be one of our first sales hires, working directly with the founders and our AE. You own the top of the funnel for healthcare, running and scaling the outbound motion our AE already built, with a clear path to AE yourself. This is not a 9-to-5. We work long hours, in the office, including some weekends. If you want predictable hours, this is the wrong role. The Team Dominik (CEO) studied Computational Science and Engineering and did AI research at ETH Zurich and Stanford, then spent years running enterprise AI projects in banking, insurance, and pharma at BCG. He kept seeing the same thing: large companies pouring enormous sums into offshore teams doing repetitive computer work. Oliver (CTO) published AI research at ETH Zurich and CERN, and scaled his first startup past $1M in revenue. They started Clicks to replace that work with computer use agents. Why Clicks Large healthcare organizations spend enormous sums on outsourced back-office work: claims, eligibility, prior auth, data entry, reconciliation. We replace that work with computer use agents that open applications, click through workflows, read documents, and complete tasks end to end, around the clock, at a fraction of the offshore costs. $4.5M+ raised from Y Combinator, 20VC, Fly Ventures, and Yellow Live with enterprises in 50+ countries, six-figure contracts $300B+ BPO market, wide open What You'll Do Cold call hard. This is a phones-first role: dial target accounts, get the right people on the line, book meetings. Own pipeline generation for healthcare: build target lists, work US payers and health systems, keep the funnel full. Hand the AE qualified, six-figure opportunities worth closing. Your First 90 Days By day 5: you know the product and pitch, and you're dialing target accounts daily. By day 30: you own pipeline generation against your account list and hit a consistent meeting quota. Over time: you own outbound for specific geos or markets, and build the playbook for how we attack them. Who You Are 2+ years in sales or sales development, with numbers to show Healthcare or healthtech sales experience Interview process We are looking for SDRs who combine healthcare domain knowledge with raw outbound intensity. Our process is designed to find people who can learn a technical product fast, hold their own with senior buyers, and generate pipeline without hand-holding. Intro call with our GTM lead (30 min). Tell us about your outbound experience and what you know about healthcare ops. Live cold call exercise. We will give you an account, a persona, and 15 minutes to prep. Then you will role-play a cold call with our team. We want to see how you open, handle objections, and drive to a next step. Founder conversation with Dominik. Culture fit, ambition, and alignment on what founding-team intensity looks like. Offer. Compensation Base salary: $70,000- $90,000
