Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, using evidence-based interventions to address a variety of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment assessments, and progress notes to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with health regulations.

• Participate in regular meetings with a multidisciplinary team to discuss client care strategies and outcomes, facilitating a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Stay current with best practices in the behavioral health field, attending workshops and continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional development.

• Assist in triaging priorities and managing a caseload effectively, ensuring all clients receive timely and responsive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing therapeutic support to teenagers and young adults facing various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse client base, which may include individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma-related issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Experience working within the behavioral health sector, particularly with adolescent and young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Expressive Session Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
