TITLE: Board Administrative Specialist SALARY & FLSA: $29.00 - $43.57 per hour; FLSA non-exempt The $29.00 hourly starting pay is structured to be competitive and may extend up to the $36.31 midpoint of the annual range, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation to qualified candidates. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease

- Energized by working behind the scenes to support meaningful leadership and conservation impact
- Coordinate and execute logistics for Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, retreats, and special events
- Prepare, organize, and distribute board materials through the board portal, ensuring timely and accurate access
- Support annual board processes, including tracking activities, preparing correspondence, and managing deadlines
- Maintain board records, directories, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance practices
- Provide exceptional support and customer service to board members, leadership, and donors while fostering strong working relationships
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: At least three or more years of related administrative experience with two or more years supporting board members, executives, or high-level donors.
- Successful applicants must live and work in Washington State to perform this role.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to speak a language in addition to English
