Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, focusing on setting and achieving individual treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Heart of Hope, you will work closely with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health conditions. Your role is to empower clients to navigate their challenges and drive towards personal growth and recovery. Your holistic approach will help address not only mental health symptoms but will also consider the social determinants impacting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and fully licensed credential as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources, particularly in New Jersey, is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
