Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Engage in therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, communicating openly about treatment strategies and client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following ethical and legal guidelines to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to remain current in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide services primarily via telehealth to a diverse client base that includes individuals with limited access to mental health resources. This may encompass clients facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and addiction. Your objective will be to empower these clients through effective therapy approaches, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client population.

• An annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and the caseload you manage.
