Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients, addressing not only mental health issues but also any additional social or physical health concerns.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
