Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations through telehealth or in-office sessions, ensuring client needs and goals are understood and prioritized.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups, tailoring approaches to fit specific therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) for all client interactions, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated intake coordinator to manage client scheduling and follow-up, streamlining the therapeutic process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in clinical support meetings, fostering continuous learning and enhancement of therapeutic practices.

• Explore opportunities to grow your caseload, aiming to increase your practice by an additional 15 to 35 clients over time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field with an active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating competence in therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• A strong understanding of psychotherapy guidelines and proficiency in using electronic documentation systems.

• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to the principles of evidence-based practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in integrative wellness services and knowledge of holistic treatment modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
