You will receive full administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will:

• Provide tailored individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via teletherapy to ascertain clients' psychological strengths, barriers, and specific treatment goals.
\n
• Collaborate in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Engage in effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

• Document clinical progress and treatment interventions accurately and promptly to maintain compliance with practice standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. You will employ a person-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, active listening, and culturally sensitive practices to facilitate positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will receive preference:

• Experience using therapeutic techniques appropriate for teletherapy.

• Demonstrated history of developing and facilitating group therapy sessions.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain documentation and client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
