Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that effectively evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and needs, ensuring tailored approaches to treatment.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to enhance client coping strategies during detox.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to confirm integrated, quality care for clients undergoing detoxification.

• Guide patients and their families in understanding their diagnosis, treatment options, and prescribed medications to foster active involvement in the recovery process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques to promote healing and recovery.

• Develop and refine treatment plans in partnership with clients and the treatment team, incorporating individual goals and feedback throughout the recovery journey.

• Assist clients in navigating the complex mental health system and advocate on their behalf to ensure their rights and needs are met during treatment.

• Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, contributing to the overall wellness and recovery environment within our detox facility.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
