Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, identifying their movement limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans that cater to individual patient goals and align with their recovery timelines.
• Implement hands-on therapies, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise regimens, to facilitate recovery and restore function.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies to maintain progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for patients.
• Participate in regular case reviews and professional development meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults seeking rehabilitation after surgeries or chronic conditions. Each patient is unique, and we tailor our approach based on their specific needs, preferences, and recovery goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Nevada State license or license eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting effective rehabilitation strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, although new graduates with exceptional clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with chronic pain management and functional movement training.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
