Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient mobility levels, physical function, and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs tailored to address individual patient goals.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and exercise prescriptions to optimize recovery.
• Regularly document patient progress using Raintree, ensuring all records comply with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall health and wellness.
• Continuously adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and measurable outcomes to ensure the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including joint replacements, fractures, and sports-related injuries. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their rehabilitation journey, guiding them from injury management through recovery to full functional restoration.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and other healthcare providers.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred, although new graduates with a strong passion for orthopedic practice are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with electronic health records, particularly with Raintree or similar systems, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Your commitment to our patients will be recognized through a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
