Work Environment

This position involves working onsite in patients' homes across Carson City and surrounding areas. Emphasizing a personalized approach, you will travel to various locations to deliver care directly to patients in the comfort of their own environments. Our clinical team utilizes state-of-the-art tools and methods to ensure every patient receives tailor-made therapy that best suits their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, range of motion, and mobility challenges to ascertain their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based methodologies to address specific orthopedic issues.
• Administer various therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to assist with recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within Raintree software, adhering to clinic policies and compliance regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment approaches, self-management strategies, and methods of injury prevention to foster long-term health and well-being.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, encompassing individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal systems. We serve a diverse patient population, including elderly clients, athletes, and individuals engaged in daily activities that require rehabilitation to regain their normal function. Your skill and experience will be instrumental in helping these patients restore movement and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible physical therapist license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably with exposure to outpatient or home care environments.
• Prior experience working with orthopedic patients is highly beneficial.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patients' immediate needs and progress.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
