Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which is equipped with the latest technologies and equipment used in physical therapy. Our clinic operates on a structured schedule, allowing for an organized workflow that accommodates patient needs effectively. The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff to create comprehensive treatment strategies for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mobility, strength, and physical function to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Create individualized rehabilitation goals in collaboration with each patient to enhance their recovery experience.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to facilitate healing and improve physical capabilities.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies for preventing further injury.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records to support treatment documentation and progress reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be to support a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy License in Nevada.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with various rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
