Work Environment

The physical therapy setting is predominantly onsite, with therapists providing care directly in patients' homes, which allows for tailored assessments and treatments in a comfortable environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and benefit from a supportive atmosphere where your contributions are valued. Our practice leverages the Raintree electronic health records system, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs, developing clear and achievable goals.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that cater to patients' individual rehabilitation requirements.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately in Raintree, adhering to clinic protocols and standards.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment methods and preventative strategies, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the rehabilitation process.
• Continuously assess patient progress and make necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, predominantly consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
