Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center offers a state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technologies. As a physical therapist at our clinic, you will work on-site with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function. This involves using standardized assessment tools and observational techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Implement treatment strategies while continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in the Raintree system, maintaining compliance with clinic protocols and legal standards.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, home exercise programs, and effective self-management strategies to enhance recovery and health maintenance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and collaborate on patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. You will work with clients of all ages, including active adults and geriatric individuals, each presenting unique rehabilitation challenges. Your expertise and personalized approach will play a critical role in their recovery journeys, helping them regain functional independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's Degree.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on effective communication and empathy.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred; however, motivated new graduates with strong internships and clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Raintree, is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
