Work Environment

The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with work hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients to determine their specific rehabilitation needs, ensuring that every treatment plan is customized to their individual conditions.
• Deliver hands-on therapy with an emphasis on evidence-based methods, particularly for orthopedic conditions and after surgeries.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques aimed at alleviating pain and promoting recovery in patients.
• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions with each patient for one hour, ensuring undivided attention and top-quality care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprised of physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialized staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in a mentorship program guided by a fellowship-trained therapist, which focuses on your professional development and enhances your clinical skills.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a wide variety of patients, including athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from surgical interventions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a higher-level degree (e.g., MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Nevada.

• Effective communication skills to engage with patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
