Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including functional movement assessments and performance metrics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals, emphasizing restorative therapies and preventative strategies.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and advanced techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients about their conditions, providing guidance on therapeutic exercises and proper techniques to perform at home, thereby empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Continuously track and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals recovering from surgical interventions, and patients dealing with chronic pain or musculoskeletal disorders. This diverse caseload provides opportunities for complex problem-solving and holistic rehabilitation approaches tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada.
• Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, specifically with orthopedic patients.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques and other advanced treatment modalities is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial remuneration, our benefits package includes:
