Business Development Manager

Responsible for driving regional growth through strategic relationship development, market expansion, and opportunity generation within industrial and infrastructure-focused markets. This role works closely with internal technical and operations teams to support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and long-term client engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders. Maintain and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and forecast activity through CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, pricing strategy, and project pursuits. Monitor market activity, industry trends, and competitive developments. Represent the company at networking events, trade organizations, and client meetings. Qualifications Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, or industrial services. Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently. Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard business software.
