The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, preferences, and treatment goals of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their treatment objectives.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and support staff to ensure an integrated approach to care for mental health issues.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders and therapeutic practices to enhance treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to foster an environment of continuous learning.

Qualifications\n
