Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to gauge their individual needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working primarily with adult clients who have been pre-screened and are classified as stable with low acuity. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Counselors who join our team can expect an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
