Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to understand their unique challenges and needs.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that include engaging strategies for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to effectively address a wide spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with client progress and evolving goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring timely documentation of interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, with a focus on safety and support.

You will work closely with a varied client base, including teens, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, showcasing a record of effectiveness in client outcomes.

• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions that fosters a safe and supportive counseling environment.

• Experience in using telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000.
