Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible, remote work environment that accommodates your schedule while aligning with patient needs. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential flexibility for after-hours consultations when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are responsive to the individual cultural and personal backgrounds of our patients, ensuring that each session is relevant and impactful.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health concerns, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care, with an emphasis on exchanging knowledge and insights.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation skills and a compassionate approach to troubled patients.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, discussing various treatment options and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation consistent with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, well-versed in evidence-based treatment modalities, while maintaining cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Demonstrable experience providing individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methods.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven by an ability to build lasting rapport with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
