Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs to establish tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate linkages to community resources and services, ensuring clients have access to necessary support beyond counseling.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, drawing on a solid understanding of substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and related mental health issues.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and client histories accurately in our secure electronic health records system.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, addressing psychosocial stressors to promote better mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
