Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based therapeutic methods, grounded in solution-focused approaches.

• Utilize teletherapy to conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. With the ability to select your preferred therapeutic practices, you will cater your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a supportive and enabling therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, especially in a telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
