Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still engaging deeply with clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed to accommodate patient sessions. You will interact closely with a dedicated and diverse team of mental health professionals in a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and cultural competency.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients’ unique experiences and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall mental health well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services during critical mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
