Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques, ensuring trust and open dialogue in sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the specific needs of clients, setting tailored treatment goals and strategies that align with their personal challenges.

• Provide interactive and psychodynamic therapy sessions addressing various issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, and relational difficulties.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques and spiritual perspectives into therapy to help clients cultivate deeper self-awareness and achieve inner happiness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies for improvement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory and must be maintained throughout employment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in a community-based setting or similar environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
