Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client. Ensure thorough documentation of each session utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop integrated treatment plans that align with best practices in psychological care. Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, equipping them with tools and strategies to cope with mental health challenges. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, participate in team meetings, and share insights and advancements in therapeutic techniques. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Trinity Counseling and Therapy Center, you will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and work towards personal growth and healing. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current state licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. At least 3 years of experience in counseling or a related field, showcasing a commitment to patient care and therapeutic excellence. Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills essential for building rapport and trust with clients. Ability to effectively solve problems, think critically, and make informed decisions regarding client care. Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy technology for client management. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a remote work environment, capable of self-managing time and responsibilities effectively. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care practices. Experience working in outpatient clinical settings, providing therapy for diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and productivity levels.
