Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.

• Provide one-on-one and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

• Timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization to ensure uninterrupted patient services.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies as needed, equipping patients with tools to maintain stability.

• Craft comprehensive discharge plans to facilitate smooth transitions of care and uphold patients' continued progress.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies, ensuring compliant and ethical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional education and training to enhance competency and skills in mental health practices.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to ensure collaborative patient care.

• Complete all requisite licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those facing different challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Illinois is required.
